Hangzhou New Heli Textile Machinery Co., Ltd. specializes in the research and production of textile machines for twisting natural, artificial and synthetic continuous filament yarns. Established in 1975, in Hangzhou, an exquisite area on the shore of Qiantang River, near Shanghai, Heli is today the leader in compound twisting sector. The 1st compound twister in China was manufactured in 1980, designed by our Heli, on basis of compound twisting system that, combining up-twisting with down-twisting. It made us a great success. To meet the requirements of a rapidly evolving market, we constantly devote to the search of new products. Now there are up to 12 models in 3 different generations in our catalogue, and you can find the appropriate machine for you. Above all, we can customize to satisfy customers' particular needs. Here is the range of our machines: 1) KV98 series compound twisting machine 2) KV2001 series digital control compound twisting machine 3) Kv2005 series high-tech compound twisting machine 4) KV2002 high speed pirn winding machine With the experience of more than two decades, we developed KV2005 in 2005, which takes some innovative concepts rather than making small adjustments. It gives a perfect performance of final thread on strength and twist accuracy, resulting in a highest quality of final products. It was exhibited at ShanghaiTex 2006 and CITME 2006. Heli set a new benchmark again for compound twisting machine in China. Now, we have established good relationships with many big textile groups in China. Our products covers 18 provinces in China with up to 1,000 sets output annually, makes a market share of 75%, and meanwhile, are exported to overseas markets. Twisting Mill This division was established for testing twisting conditions and examining our machines at the beginning. It has been recently expanded so that it is now capable of accommodating about twenty machines.
